The unique depth adjustable ball bearing drift thrust collar enables the B-2000 Series Expander to be positioned into the tube at exactly the same setting every time.

Is a straight roll expander for non-flared boiler tubes and boiler tube sheets or drums thicker than 2 3/4″ (70 mm).

Is a fast feeding straight roll expander, available in 2″, 2 1/2″ and 3″, 10 to 14 gauge models. With a reversable collar spacer these tools cover 3/8″ to 1″ tube sheet thicknesses. A metal roll retainer keeps the rolls in place when the mandrel is removed.

Has the same size ranges as the FTE series and shares many of the same parts. The offset flare rolls eliminate the ridge produced by competitive models. The thrust collar provides a uniform flared tube end.

Is an expander that beads the tube as it rolls it into the tube sheet. Also available in 2″, 2 1/2″ and 3″ sizes, it covers gauge sizes from 10 ga. to 13 ga. The ease and speed of this tool compared to a beading chisel is a real cost saver!
